Popular ways to use your insert card

Thank customers for their order, share a next-purchase offer, direct them to your website or social pages, or include a short product-care note. For detailed instructions or several QR links, consider a larger insert size.

Artwork setup

Prepare your design at 90 × 54 mm finished size. If the background extends to the edge, add 3 mm bleed on every side—the artwork file will measure 96 × 60 mm. Keep important text and QR codes at least 3 mm inside the finished edge. Use CMYK colour and 300 dpi images where possible.

We’ll check your submitted artwork and send a digital proof for approval before printing. Please check all wording, QR links and contact details carefully on the proof.

One order quantity = one design. For example, selecting 200 cards means 200 copies of the same artwork. If you need two different designs, add each design separately to your cart.
