TWO PAPER OPTIONS
Choose your paper weight.
Both options are art paper: flexible paper for vouchers and tickets. The difference is the paper weight.
128gsm
Art paper
The lighter of the two options. Suitable for promotional handouts and vouchers where a lighter paper feel is preferred.
Best for: lightweight vouchers and ticket handouts.
157gsm
Art paper
A slightly heavier paper option for customers who prefer a more substantial feel for their vouchers or tickets.
Best for: vouchers and tickets with a heavier paper feel.
PRINTING SIDES
Print on one side or both.
Select the option that matches your supplied artwork.
Single-sided printing
Your artwork is printed on the front. The reverse is left unprinted. Submit one artwork page.
Double-sided printing
Your front and back artwork are printed on the two sides of each piece. Submit a two-page PDF or clearly labelled front and back files.
HOW TO ORDER
Prepare your files.
We handle the printing.

Choose your options
Select the product, paper weight, printing sides and quantity. Confirm ticket size if ordering tickets.
2.
Send print-ready files
Submit completed artwork. For double-sided printing, provide both front and back.
3.
Approve the proof
Check the digital proof carefully and confirm before printing begins.
4.
Print & deliver
Your approved artwork is printed and prepared for delivery. Confirm timing when placing your order.
Finished artwork
supply the complete layout, wording and graphics. PDF is preferred; use 300dpi for raster images.
Bleed & safe area
add 3mm bleed on each side and keep important content at least 3mm inside the trim edge.
Voucher file size
146 × 76 mm including bleed, for a finished size of 140 × 70 mm.
Check before submitting
proofread amounts, expiry dates, event details and terms. Test QR codes and barcodes.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Send a file that is ready to print.
Use CMYK colour mode and embed or outline your fonts. Make sure your file matches the final size and printing-side option.
Artwork checking and a digital proof do not include creating a design, arranging a layout or rewriting your content. Please complete any artwork changes before approval.

One quantity = one artwork. Different voucher values, event details, names or artwork versions are separate designs and cannot be combined for one quantity price.
